ABOUT ME

I am Katherine, a senior family systems clinician specialising in family therapy, child, adolescent and adult mental health disorders, parenting support, parent-child attachment work and family of origin coaching. I am registered with AHPRA and Medicare. I have worked in child, adolescent, adult and family mental health settings for the past 35 years.

My special area of interest and expertise is Family Therapy. I have extensive knowledge and experience about what families need to navigate the many challenges life can present. Over the years I have worked in the Public Health System in both tertiary and outpatient Adult,  Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services. I have a broad knowledge in assessing and treating child and adolescent mental health disorders and  work alongside some of Sydney’s most experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Psychologists . I am adept at working with separated families including those within the Family Court system and undergoing Mediation.

I have spent years studying and developing my Family Therapy approach with the Family Systems Institute. I remain connected to this progressive and inspiring institute.
